Our Terms & Conditions still apply; however, the following dog playtime rules must also be observed:
Dogs must be registered with the index of exempt dogs (EID), and a copy of the exempt dog registration certificate should be emailed to us at oakleydogbarn@gmail.com.
A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog must also be obtained and emailed to us at oakleydogbarn@gmail.com.
The dog must be neutered and microchipped in accordance with government rules.
In the car park area, the dog must remain on a short lead and muzzled at all times and may only be let off and unmuzzled once in the secure barn area with the padlocked gate shut.
When re-entering the car park area after exercising, the dog must be muzzled and placed back on a short lead.
The dog handler ratio is 1:1 at all times unless handling other dogs from the same household.
Only dogs from one household can use the barn simultaneously.
The barn is booked for one hour, and you must arrive 5 minutes late and leave 5 minutes early for your session to ensure you arrive after the previous person has left and before the next person arrives.
All handlers must be over 16 years old to ensure compliance with dog safety guidelines.
