By booking and using the barn, you agree to the following rules and conditions.
Bookings & Access
- The barn must only be used during your confirmed booking slot.
- Entry before or after your allocated time is not permitted.
- A maximum of one vehicle and up to 4 dogs are allowed.
- If you are late, your booking time does not get extended.
- You have up to 24 hours before your booking to reschedule or cancel your booking.
- You must enter the barn and close the gate before letting your dog(s) out of your vehicle to ensure the safety of the dog(s) and members of the public.
- Do not enter if another person or dog is still inside the barn.
- You agree not to let anyone else into the barn than any friends or family members you have brought with you to enjoy walking your dogs.
- Please ensure that you do not arrive early for your booking and vacate the barn closing the padlocked gate but leaving the gate of the entrance to the barn open for the next user.
- Bookings can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival/start time.
- All bookings must be paid for in advance.
Supervision & Responsibility
- Dogs must be kept under control at all times.
- Your dog remains your responsibility during your visit and should not be left unattended.
Health & Welfare
- All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatments.
- Puppies must have completed their full course of vaccinations before using the barn.
- Dogs showing signs of illness, injury or contagious disease must not use the barn.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Owners must clean up after their dogs, remove rubbish and dispose of waste in the bins provided.
- Please remove all toys, bowls and belongings before leaving.
- The barn is a large indoor space, but may contain areas of uneven ground which could be concealed. We will not accept responsibility for injury, illness or death of your dog from using our facilities. You are advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.
- Although we inspect and maintain the site regularly. If you become aware of any issue, please let us know immediately so that we can make other users aware and fix it as soon as possible. We cannot however, take any responsibility for any dog escaping whether or not this is through a defect in the fence, and regardless of whether we have notified you in advance or not.
- Any damage to fencing, equipment or the barn must be reported immediately.
- Smoking, BBQ’s & Fires ARE NOT permitted on site under any circumstance.
Children & Visitors
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times and you are responsible for making sure that they do not injure themselves or break any of these terms and conditions. Please be aware that certain elements may pose an additional hazard to children.
- By bringing friends or family, or sending somebody in place of you, you agree that you take full responsibility for their safety and for ensuring that they abide by these terms and conditions at all times whilst using the barn.
Liability
- Use of the barn is entirely at the owner’s/handlers risk.
- Any logs, tyres, jumps, tunnels or other activities in the barn are to be used at your own risk, we accept no responsibility to users or dogs for any accidents while using these items. Please ensure you and your dogs are using the barn and its contents in a way that is consistent with fitness, age (young or old dogs) and physical capability to prevent any harm.
- We accept no responsibility for injury, illness, loss or damage to persons, dogs, vehicles or property while using the facility.
- We will not be held responsible if your dog escapes.
General Conduct
- Any photos that you send to us, tag or post on our Facebook or Instagram feed may be used on our social media feeds, our website and other marketing material unless you specially ask us not to.
- Please respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a minimum.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of future bookings.
Updates
- We may need to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. By making a booking, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions on the website at the time of making your booking.
